 Austin (November 13, 2017) – JP3 Measurement, LLC (JP3) is pleased to announce that Kevin Brown of Houston has joined the company’s Board of Managers. Kevin brings extensive industry knowledge of the refining and downstream oil businesses to the Board and continues the company’s growth into the crude trading data services market.

Kevin Brown was most recently the Executive Vice President, Manufacturing and Refining at LyondellBasell Industries, a 13,000-employee, multi-billion dollar international petrochemical firm.  While there, he held global responsibility for more than forty manufacturing sites in in thirteen countries.  His responsibilities included the refining business, global manufacturing operations and central engineering and capital project execution functions. Prior to his career at LyondellBasell, Kevin spent twenty-two years at Sinclair Oil Corporation in various roles, including Executive and Senior Vice President of Operations.
